7. WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE DELIVERY DATE, WITH A 20% RESTOCKING FEE (30% FOR MARBLE/TRAVERTINE PRODUCTS) PLUS SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT WE MAY HAVE INCURRED. ACTUAL FREIGHT BILL COSTS WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF THE RETURN.
